Bug Fixes

The following issues were fixed:

• Fixed unstable display during appearance changes and when switching between a row and its note.
• Fixed an issue on iPad where the editor could start at a one-character width, causing text to stack vertically (#43).
• In rows containing images, the caret could be shorter than the image or the rest of the visual line. The caret now matches the full height of the line.
• Removed the unused view-mode selector that was mistakenly shown next to the search box.
• Fixed issues that could make scrolling stutter or cause the viewport to jump after scrolling.
• Added Open Below to the iOS row menu and fixed split-layout behavior on compact iPad layouts when the keyboard is visible (#1967).
