Auto Backup

Kosshi automatically backs up your outline in the background.

How It Works

• Backups are created roughly every hour, and also before events like iCloud sync
• If the outline has not changed since the last backup, no new backup is created
• Backups are stored in iCloud when available, so they can be accessed from any device

Retention

Older backups are automatically thinned out:

• Today — one backup per hour
• Previous days — one backup per day

Restoring a Backup

1. Open the More menu (three dots in the toolbar)
2. Choose Backups
3. Select a date to preview
4. Choose Restore to replace the current outline

Turning Off

You can disable auto backup in Settings. Existing backups are preserved when turned off.
