Saved Searches

Save a search or filtered view that you use often, then reopen it from the sidebar.

A saved search restores its filters and location.

Save a Search

  1. Search or apply filters to the outline
  2. Select the bookmark icon beside the active filter chips
  3. The saved search appears in the sidebar

Select it in the sidebar to apply the same query and return to the saved zoom location. You can also run saved searches from the Action palette.

Rename or Delete

Right-click a saved search on Mac, or touch and hold it on iPhone, to rename or delete it.

Saved searches sync between your devices when iCloud sync is enabled.
