Trash

Deleted rows are not removed right away. They are kept for 30 days, and you can restore them during that time. In Kosshi, the Trash is called Recently Deleted.

Open Recently Deleted

Choose Recently Deleted from the … menu at the top right.

Recently Deleted is in the … menu.

On Mac, you can also choose Outline > Recently Deleted from the menu bar or press Option+Cmd+0. On iPhone and iPad, choose it from the … menu.

Deleted rows appear with their contents and children.

Deleted rows are listed in Recently Deleted.

Restore Rows

Right-click a row (touch and hold on iPhone and iPad) and choose Restore, or press Shift+Cmd+R. The row goes back with its children. To see where it went, choose Show in Outline in the message that appears.

To check when a row was deleted, choose Show Information.

Delete Right Away

To delete a row permanently, choose Delete Now from the same menu. To delete everything in Recently Deleted, click the button at the top right of the window. These cannot be undone.

Rows are deleted permanently after 30 days.

Update All Your Devices

  • Only rows deleted in 1.21 or later go to Recently Deleted. Rows deleted in earlier versions were removed right away.
  • On a device still running 1.20, rows deleted in 1.21 still appear as normal rows, and rows deleted there do not go to Recently Deleted. Update all devices that sync through iCloud to 1.21.
