Keyboard shortcuts can be changed in Settings.

Text Editing

If you remove the existing assignments from Cmd+↑/↓ or Cmd+Shift+↑/↓, those keys fall back to moving or selecting to the start or end of the document. You can also assign the Move to Document Start/End and Select to Document Start/End commands directly.

Customizing Shortcuts

Open the Shortcuts tab in Settings to reassign shortcuts for navigation, editing, formatting, and app commands. Assignments sync across devices through iCloud.

Combinations other than Command are supported (for example, Ctrl+key).

Default shortcuts are listed on this page; your assignments may differ. See Find Action for searching and running commands, and Palettes for Move to, Find, and Bookmarks.
